Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid Growth Camel plans, operated by Meta Ventures Private Limited. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as shown at checkout) and renew automatically until you cancel. Your payment is handled by our payment provider; by subscribing you authorize that recurring charge.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.

3. Refunds

We want you to be happy with Growth Camel. If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we’ll review your request in good faith. Where we approve a refund, it’s issued to your original payment method.

Because generating audio and video uses real compute that we pay for per use, the following are generally non-refundable:

• subscription periods that have been substantially used;
• usage that has already consumed metered resources (for example, voiceovers and videos you’ve already generated);
• renewals you forgot to cancel before the renewal date, except where required by law.

Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

4. How to request a refund

Email hi@growthcamel.xyz from the address on your account with the plan and the charge date. We’ll respond within a few business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. The policy in effect at the time of your charge applies to that charge.
